Vintage Zuni Handmade Sterling Silver “OWL” Bolo Tie, this is larger that the others, and older, perhaps and early made piece! Hard to find a Good, if not Excellent COMPLETE Piece. This is only marked STERLING. A STATEMENT BOLO TIE!! Measures 3″ long and over 2″ wide/tall. Weighs 49.1 grams. Tips are 2″ and have inlay “owls” on the dangles of the tips, and the cord is 38″. This listing is for a handcrafted Zuni ring, made of sterling silver and natural lapis inlays. The face features two flower like sections of inlaid lapis with a long swirling rope accompanied by rows of silver droplets. The gem grade inlays are a deep dark blue with very little matrix. They bulge out of their settings just a tad and have thin silver channels running between them. The bezels are thick and deep giving the ring a sturdier feel and look. This handcrafted ring is large, delicate, rare, unique, gorgeous, and in excellent vintage condition. A MUST HAVE FOR ANY AVID COLLECTOR! The back of the ring carries a sterling stamp as well as a ZUNI stamp, and the artists initials of GSA or possibly GAS. The band is sturdy and made from two shanks fused together. The band splits open, widening nearly an inch, and connects to the back of each floral inlay section. The band is in perfect round shape. This beautiful Zuni made piece will make a great addition to your existing Native American collection or it could be the the perfect piece to start one. Cherish and enjoy this ring for now…. And hand it down to your loved ones in the future. Weight – 8 Grams. Face of Ring Measures – Just under 1-3/4 long by 3/4 wide. Each Floral Inlay Section Measures – 5/8 in diameter. Stones measure – 1/4 long. Band measures – 1/8 wide at bottom center and splits open to 7/8 wide at back of ring face. Signed by Artist – YES, Zuni Artist, GSA. Stamped Sterling – YES, tested and verified. Mid-Century, Late 1960s – Late 1970s. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition, with original stones and patina, ready to wear or display.
