Museum Quality Tlingit Ketchikan Alaska Bracelet Nathan Jackson 1973 Rare
This bracelet was made in the prime of his career and a piece of jewelry made by Jackson, is a little more rare than some of the exceptional totems that he has carved in his lifetime and are in museums all over the world. Jackson ranks at the top among the most important of Tlingit artists and carvers in the entire world and has been deemed a living legend. This bracelet is of the “Raven” moiety and Jackson is from the Sockeye clan on the Raven side of the Chilkoot Tlingit. I will provide a little correspondence with this piece for provenance from Jackson, as well as a confirmation letter from an expert that examined the piece. Anyways, a great piece and certainly one that will go up in value through the years and a must for any collection. Please check out my other great and rare auctions.
