Rare Original Native American CDV Of Big Thunder Fort Reno, Indian Territory
The images date to when the photographer’s Cosand and Mosser. Were located at Fort Reno was still referred to as Indian Territory. “Big Thunder” is captured in this portrait holding a large feathered fan, wearing a simple shirt and hair ties in his hair. His name is penned in period script at the bottom of the mount. The rear of the mount has the photographer stamp. A fantastic portrait for your Native American or Western photo collection.
