Handmade by Navajo artist Ned Nez, Ned is an Award winning Navajo silversmith. He creates very unique and collectible Native American handmade jewelry. Ned uses only the best quality turquoise stones in his handmade creations, and most are rare gem quality. He uses mostly 18 gauge and 14 gauge silver for his jewelry making it very bold yet comfortable for everyday use. Nez includes many traditional Navajo designs stamped on his rings and bracelets giving his jewelry a classic look Navajo look. He creates some of the most sought after and collectible work. This is a sterling silver handmade Navajo cuff bracelet with natural rare gem grade Royston Turquoise. This amazing cuff features a beautiful blue stone with an AMAZING webbed brown matrix(As you can see in the pictures this beautiful stone does have some naturally formed air holes in the center). The stone sits in a perfectly executed hand chiseled bezel. The silver work is done in traditional Nez fashion. Ned stamped Navajo designs to each side of the stone, he also hand stamped the inside with beautiful Navajo designs as well. This cuff measures 6-1/2 inches with the 1-3/16 inch wrist opening included. The stone measures 11/16 inch by 9/16 inch. Weighs 52.5 grams. Stamped Sterling and N. Nez by Navajo artist Ned Nez. This listing features a rare vintage sterling silver and lapis ring, made by renowned Navajo Artist, Tommy Jackson. This Beautifully designed ring features a long blue lapis stone set in a tall sawtooth bezel. The stone is in mint condition and has an amazing dark blue hue with several specks of lapis spotted throughout. The stone is quite beautiful up close with tons of character and sits rather high on the finger. It sticks up and out of the bezel just a tad, showing off Jacksons cutting and polishing skills. The bezel is in perfect condition with no dings or dents, and where its forged together on one side its completely invisible. A real beauty, this ring was very well made and taken care of over the years. The sand cast band is worthy of bragging rights as well. At the back center it starts off as a single shank and as it nears the sides of the band it splits into a double shank with curling silver works. At the back of the ring face where it is forged to the bottom of the bezel, it extends all the way past the north and south ends of the stone with more curling silver works protruding from under the stone. A super rare design by Jackson in perfect condition! The sand cast band is thick, sturdy, and in perfect round shape. This ring is waiting to be cherished and enjoyed for now…. And handed down to loved ones later. A lovely addition to any Native American jewelry collection…. Or the perfect piece to start one! Size – 6.5. Weight – 7 Grams. Face of ring measures – 1-3/16 long by 3/8 wide. Stone measures – 1-1/8 long by just over 1/4 wide. Band measures – just under 1/8 wide at bottom center, and 5/16 wide where the double shank meets the sides of the ring. Signed by Artist – YES, Navajo Master Silversmith, Tommy Jackson. Stamped Sterling – YES, tested and verified. Later Mid-Century, Early 1970s- Early 1980s. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original lapis stone, and aged patina, ready for daily wear. I treat every item as if it were my own. Andy Cadman makes beautiful Navajo silver works of art, implementing deep hand stamped designs that cover his entire creations. This is a sterling silver Navajo handmade ring, it features a natural, rare gem grade Nevada Prince Variscite stone. The stone is a beautiful yellow/green color with a webbed matrix. The stone sits in a smooth bezel with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base. The silver work is beautiful! Andy set the stone on top of a split shank band, and added four silver drops to each side of the stone. Andy finished the silver work with a beautiful high shine. This early Bolo by Navajo Artist Leonard Nez contains one of the finest and rarest High Grade Natural Bisbee Turquoise Cabochons. The Gem features two gorgeous swirls of Bisbee Blue color surrounded by the wonderful, rich, reddish-brown, chocolate color, matrix characteristic of the Lavender Pit Mine. One of the swirls is a beautiful plain blue with no matrix and the other swirl is termed “Smokey Bisbee”. “Smokey Bisbee” is exceedingly rare and highly sought after by collectors. Having these two kinds of swirls, completely surrounded by the the beautiful “Chocolate” Lavender Pit matrix puts this Cabochon in the rarest of rare categories. Lenard placed the gorgeous High Grade Natural Bisbee Cabochon in a perfect setting. The elegant setting emphasizes the beauty of the Cabochon without overpowering it. The outer edge of the setting has a smooth edge that surrounds the gorgeous combination of of large and small feathers. A second plain edge overlaps the heavy bottom plate then more perfectly cut feathers follow with one side highlighting an Aztec influenced design. A fine hand chiseled bezel holds the large, magnificent Bisbee Cabochon. The Bolo is finished with elegant hand made cylinder tips. One expert thought “This is one of the finest bolos that Leonard Nez has ever made”. I bought this Bolo new, have owned it many years, and agree. It’s one of the “best”!! Full length of the Bolo Cord, Tips included, approximately 44 inches. Bolo size approximately 2 9/16 by 2 5/16 inches. Bisbee Cabochon size approximately 1 7/16 inches by 1 1/8 inches. This is a sterling silver Navajo handmade wide band ring with a natural gem grade New Lander stone. The stone is a beautiful pale green with an amazing black web matrix. The stone sits in a smooth bezel with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base. The silver work on this ring beautiful! Cadman added stamped fans to each side of the amazing stone. He covered the entire band end to end with deep Navajo hand stamp work and stamped the amazing custom bezel as well. Donovan completed this ring with dark oxidation and a satin finish. The band measures 3/4 inch and tapers down to 3/8 inch. The face of this ring is 7/8 inch and the stone measures 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch. Weighs 11.4 grams.
