A fine Native American Tomahawk or war club made of stone, wood covered with leather, feathers and beads. The attached tag says’Shoshone warrior, Windriver Res, Hootchoo Collection. In my opinion it appears to be an object made in the tradition of classic Native American war clubs (mainly used before tomahawks with steel blades) – the leather doesn’t show significant signs of wear. Length is 44.5 cm.

This stunning vintage Navajo silver necklace has a handcrafted Peyote Bird pendant with turquoise and coral inlay on a large silver horseshoe pendant with three silver beads. It’s absolutely fascinating! The Peyote Bird measures about 1-3/8″ tall by 1-1/8″ wide. The overall pendant, including the horseshoe, is 2-5/8″ wide by 2-3/4″ tall. The necklace measures 18 long. The pendant is Mid-Century and weighs 31.13 grams. This rare pendant and necklace is in great vintage condition, as shown in the photos.
