VERY RARE Native American Sterling silver and turquoise ring by ” Morris Robinson”! Morris Robinson was a pioneering Hopi silversmith who began working with silver in the early 1920’s. Robinson worked for a number of Native American jewelry shops and Trading Posts, including Vaughn’s Indian Store, Skiles Indian Shop, and Fred Wilson’s Indian Trading Post in Phoenix, AZ. He also worked at Harry Sakyesva’s Jewelry Shop and at McCormick Indian Arts and Crafts Center in Scottsdale, AZ. Morris Robinson was a Multiple Award winning artist whose jewelry is very rare and highly sought after. His signature consists of the letter “H”, for Hopi, and a Snake clan symbol.
