Who’s Who in Indian Relics Vol. 1-3 by Hubert Wachtel is a vintage and very rare set of hardcover books that delve into the topic of Native American history and culture. Written in English by author Hubert Watchel, these original volumes provide valuable insights into the lives of indigenous peoples. The set is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts interested in exploring the rich heritage of the Indian tribes of the Americas.
The product is a very old and rare 925 sterling silver belt/necklace with a Native American design. This unique piece of jewelry is hard to find, making it a valuable collectible for those interested in Native American culture. The intricate craftsmanship and historical significance of this belt make it a desirable item for collectors and enthusiasts of Native American heritage.
The feather is a symbol of strength, power, freedom, wisdom and spirituality in Native American culture. Alvin chose from an unusually lovely muted color palette of assorted semiprecious stones (several varieties of turquoise, onyx, lapis lazuli and mother of pearl amongst others), in order to construct this stunning piece. Each’cobblestone’ needed to be individually cut and polished prior to setting, an arduous task greatly more time consuming than if he was making a flat inlay.. The pendant measures 5 1/4″ long from the top of the 1/2″ bale to the bottom of the dangling feather. At its widest the pendant measures 2 across. Its weight is a substantial 68g. It is in excellent shape. The semi precious stones used here are gorgeous and totally free of cracks and scratches. I have made no attempt to clean the pendant’s silver setting! It shows a slight patchy tarnish which to my mind serves only to add to its allure. I’ve taken lots of photos of the pendant and the colors are true to the piece. Please check out the photo gallery if interested and feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Thank you so very much for looking! Alvin Yellowhorse is a Navajo jeweler born in 1968. He learned the trade from his father, Frank Yellowhorse. He began creating his distinct modern inlaid jewelry style since 1995. He has won numerous awards for his work, including features in Smithsonian Magazine in 1999.

This is a very rare piece. You can look all over the internet and not find another like this Hand sewn star from 1921 and has been professionally machine quilted into a newer satin quilt. Comes from a smoke free home and in very nice condition Check all the pictures to make sure you’re happy with it. It does have 2 spots that the quilting on the star has come up a little bit. But it’s in 9.5/10 condition or better.
