Navajo Sterling Silver Belt Buckle Rare Stone Mountain Turquoise By Andy Cadman
Handmade by Navajo silversmith Andy Cadman, Andy comes from a long line of silversmiths and learned his trade from his brothers Daniel “Sunshine” Reeves, and Gary Reeves. Andy Cadman makes beautiful Navajo silver works of art, implementing deep hand stamped designs that cover his entire creations. This is a sterling silver Navajo belt buckle with nine natural high grade Stone Mountain Turquoise stones. The stones are a beautiful green color with a copper/tan matrix. The stones sit in smooth bezels, with a hand twisted rope of silver at the base. The silver work is beautiful and in traditional Cadman style. Cadman covered the outer edge of this buckle with amazing deep stamp work, and separated each stone with a star stamped bead. Andy completed this amazing buckle with a dark oxidation and high shine. This belt buckle will accommodate up to a 1-1/2 inch belt. The buckle measures 3-1/2 inches by 3-1/8 inches, and the stones measure 13/16 inch by 5/8 inch (center) down to 1/2 inch by 7/16 inch (smallest). Cadman and Sterling by Navajo artist Andy Cadman. Southwestern Native American Indian turquoise row sterling silver cuff bracelet, hallmarked KS and stamped STERLING by the late and renowned Navajo artist KIRK SMITH. This bracelet showcases striking turquoise stones, nicely polished, and set in smooth bezels with silver raindrops in between them, across the center of the cuff. A silver bar was added to both ends of the row, and deep stamps were applied to the terminals of the shank, and the inside as well. Very heavy-gauge silver band, one of Kirk’s signatures. This listing is for a rare pair of vintage handcrafted Zuni earrings, made of sterling silver, turquoise, and black coral. This is a fine example of very well made Zuni jewelry. These earrings are in excellent vintage condition with a naturally aged patina. The top portion features 6 turquoise stones in a star cluster formation, along with silver droplets resting along the outer edge of each stone and one in the center of the stones. The stones are in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or inclusions and secure within raised sawtooth bezels. The back of each top portion carries a silver post and the Artists initials of LH. The bottom portion of each earring dangles freely from a round silver connector and is made up of black coral branches….. A very rare and unusual medium. Each coral is free to twist around so they can be positioned all the same or all different. A free form turquoise nugget is placed at the bottom of the corals to finish the design.
