Very Rare Old Collectable COWBOY HAT. Inside dimensions approximately 20.5 Natural Animal Material: Possibly beaver or other such animal hair and fibers. Hat is stiff and heavy. Very good, clean, functional condition considering age and rarity. The item for sale is a pair of Native American (Plains Indian) dolls, (1) male and (1) female. Constructed of native tanned hide and sewn with sinew, the dolls are wearing a traditional plains beaded clothes, moccasins and leggings with two horse hair braids. The male is approximately 10-1/2″ tall and 4-1/2″ wide, the female is approximately 9-3/4″ tall and 4″ wide. They are a very rare pair and would be a great addition to anyone’s collection. Huge Pre 1900’s Native American Indian Medicine Man Ceremonial Drum. Measures 19.5inches across and 2inches thick. Made with large wooden hoop covered in rawhide and secured with hide lace. Description: A Plains Indian saddle from the late 1800s. It is a wood frame, wrapped in rawhide and has tacked decorations both front and back. Not many of these authentic ones survive. The vintage Navajo saddle. Blanket can also be included with the saddle. Please note the leather seat covering on the saddle is a later replacement. According to Wikipedia, Plains Indians or Indigenous peoples of the Great Plains are the Native American tribes and Nation band governments who have historically lived on the Great Plains and Canadian Prairies. While hunting-farming cultures have lived on the Great plains for centuries prior to European contact, the region is most known for the horse cultures that flourished from the 17th century through the late 19th century. Many of them would have ridden in saddles similar to this. This is an awesome collectors piece that would go perfect in your collection! We stand behind what we sell and want you to be happy!
