Rare Engraved Mississippian Cahokia Discoidal Fox Field Site Mason Co Ky Coa

Amazing Engraved Discoidal found at the Fox Field Site a long time ago. Nicely engraved “X” on both sides. Deeply cupped on both sides as well with a nice large central perforation. Very well shaped and polished out of a fine grained sandstone. This is among the best examples I’ve seen from this site. Also comes with a Roy Motley COA for peace of mind, but is a real no brainer ancient artifact with great Patina.

Rare Authentic Shaman’s Stone, Effigy. Measuring approx 2″ x 1-1/2″ x 1-1/8. Shape and markings suggest a heart. Found at Village Site on private land in West Central Oregon. Shows appropriate use and wear. Inspected with microscope and UV light. Member of Central States Archaeological Society.
