On offer is a fantastic Rare Vintage Sterling Silver Concho Belt by the talented and renowned Navajo and Pueblo (Cochiti) silversmith David Taliman. His work along with that made by Mark Chee is currently on display at the Wheelwright Museum’s exhibit titled From the Railroad to Route 66: The Native American Curio Trade in New Mexico. This is a rare old piece and very different than designs we normally see in Concho Belts. The belt is clearly the work of gifted hands. It is simple, refined and bold! This is truly a wear anywhere, anytime concho belt. On offer here for the first time, just released from the G. It features a spectacular buckle with matching conchos carved and crafted in the traditional style. This belt weighs 318 grams and features magnificent conchos done with old style stamp work and a creative touch. Each concho measures 3 x 2 inches, while the buckle measures 3 x 2.25 inches. This belt is adjustable up to a 38 inch waist, though it can always be sized up by restringing the conchos on a new piece of leather.
