SQUASH BLOSSOM NECKLACE (although this does not have the typical “squash blossoms” it is considered that style/type of necklace by some collectors of this style of jewelry). The styling of this necklace is very rare. Hallmarked by artist: See photo for artist’s hallmark. 100% sterling silver thru-out the entire necklace. Ornate sterling silver handwork 100% HANDMADE. Please note: There is some tarnishing on the sterling which is to be expected on pre-owned sterling. Genuine NATURAL Turquoise from the BISBEE mine in Arizona. Absolutely GORGEOUS turquoise stones – intense brilliant BISBEE blue with interesting matrix. This turquoise was mined back in the 1950’s when you could still get HIGH GEM QUALITY turquoise. 21 1/2 clasp to clasp. Suitable for most male/female necklines. Lower Pendant – 4 (YES this is HUGE). The UPPER side pendants = 3 3/8 in length on average. This is a big, bold, “showy” necklace around the neckline. I’m old and sometimes have “bad days” but generally I go to post office at 5:00pm week days before post office closes at 5:30pm.
