Rare 1940’s Zuni Myra Tucson Handmade Sterling & Mosaic Inlay Hopi Bird Bolo Tie
You are looking at a beautiful Rare vintage 1940’s Native American Zuni handmade small sterling silver Hopi Bird design bolo tie set with stunning mosaic inlay multi gemstones. Stones including turquoise, coral, onyx and mother of pearl. Tips are sterling as well. This rare piece was handmade by the famous Zuni artist Myra Tucson (wife of Homer Vacit). Myra has made quality pieces for over 3 decades and her work is published in several Zuni Books. This piece is an example of her early work. It’s a Great collectors piece. Notice the inlay detail & overall craft work design on this lovely piece. Still has its natural dark patina on the silver. Hard to find older quality pieces like this. The Bolo weighs a solid 19+ grams. This wonderful collectors piece will make a great addition to any Native American collection.
