Although this does not have the typical “squash blossoms” it is considered that “type” of necklace by some collectors of jewelry. Hallmarked (see last photo). 100% STERLING SILVER – Stamped sterling. Genuine natural turquoise from the TYRONE copper mine in Silver City, New Mexico. Extremely Rare TYRONE turquoise. Turquoise is a very curious gorgeous mixture of “swirling” colors including BLUES, GREENS, AMBERS, GOLDEN HONEYS. Condition: Pristine and Perfect, however, there is a little bit of tarnishing to the sterling silver. Size: 30 clasp to clasp – Big, bold, beautiful -100% handmade ONE-OF-A-KIND. It is very rare to get items of this extremely HIGH QUALITY CALIBUR. SETTINGS ARE HUGE: Each setting averages 2 1/4 in size. I realize this is too big and “bulky” for some people to wear comfortably. It has ALL the indications of being well over 50 years old though. This ULTRA Colorful old beauty features GENUINE OLD BLUE GEM MINE Turquoise, set into old STERLING SILVER with a DARK, RICH NATURAL PATINA. I see NO DAMAGE to the stone is tight & securely set, and the Silver appears to be in remarkable condition for its age, as well. This is a FANTASTIC old Necklace- do NOT miss out on this one! This stunning and unique carved turquoise necklace is a one of a kind! The carvings have been strongly attributed to the master Zuni carver, Leekya. Several experts in the field of vintage and antique Native American jewelry have also verified the attribution. The last 2 pictures are from the famous old C. It is a choker style necklace with seven carved turquoise tabs and handmade sterling silver beads. Please note, the turquoise carving just to the left of the center piece is not the original. That piece was broke and subsequently repaired, but the previous owner did not like the repair, so he had a replacement made. However, the original which was repaired is still included (see pictures where the original is sitting beside the replacement). We will convey the original piece along with the necklace. It also conveys in a riker’s shadow box display as pictured. This is a highly collectible necklace and it would go perfect in your collection! We stand behind what we sell and want you to be happy! Size: Measures 16 around the neck. Pendant is an additional 1-1/4″ wide X 2-1/4″ long. Weighs 114.2 g. Condition: Good for its age.
