Native American Woodland Super Rare Shovel Type Tube Pipe

Awesome native American woodland Adena culture super rare large Shovel type tube pipe made of black Steatite pipestone. This rare find measures 6 1/4″ long x 1 5/8″ wide x 1 1/2 tall. This beautiful woodland pipe is in excellent condition and all aspects of the manufacture are correct for early to middle Woodland phase. The pipe has a couple inclusions in the pipestone that look like a Crack, however I’ve closely examined the pipe and it’s very solid and these flaws are confined to the surface of the underside of the pipe. The interior of the pipe shows heavy use wear and there is one small hole worn in the underside of the bowl from long term cleaning wear.
