Rare Native American Handpainted Ceremonial Drum Estate Sale Find Pow Pow 10

It has patina and wear. One side has the beginning of a slit to the rawhide, but i the sound is still good on that side. There is one large scratch/crack and some unevenness in the rivets in one area. Please see photos for details of condition.
