Offered is a Santo Domingo graduated purple spiney oyster necklace with sterling silver cones and hook and eye clasp. The necklace is strung on waxed nylon and the smallest beads are 6mm graduated to the largest at 9.8mm. The necklace is 18 3/4 long and comes out of my collection from the 1980’s. It has a high polish and beautiful shades of purples and yellow/orange. Purple spiney oysters are the rarest of all the spondylus shells that are found.
