This handmade Navajo item is an 100-year-old’Route 69′ Arizona Route Sign featuring the Navajo’s Whirling Log emblem meaning good luck, good will, etc. Long prior to Nazi Germany, – which is a rare and culturally significant symbol in Navajo culture. Bought from an 90+ yr old lady in Arizona in 2021. She had them kept away for decades and had long forgotten exact details. These are made of real Arizona red rock, there is no signature only a couple knife markings type on the back In some Roman numeral. It’s a 3 sided piece weighing approximately 40 pounds. Incredible Artifact out of an Old Arizona collection. Intricately carved with detailed arms and legs. May have been larger at one time. Seems to have had more of a head once. Also comes with a Roy Motley COA for peace of mind.
