Beautiful pair of moccasins. This set has really great detailing to them and each one measures roughly 10.5 long.. There is some surface wear and spotting from age. The bottoms look to have been reinforced. Please see all photos for details and feel free to ask any questions. Beautiful rare eastern Seneca or Huron beaded moccasins. Moccasins beaded with seed beads and red trade cloth. The ribbonwork shows age from fading you can see the underside color and when the metal sequin is lifted the orig color can be seen. This only comes from age! Length: size just over 10.5. Beautiful Native American moccasins vintage and authentic. I’m not at all an expert on these. Having obtained them from the estate of a wealthy collector. Has been in my collection. For a long time. I’m letting some items go. Buyers were very pleased, check my feedback. Excellent condition; no bead loss, holes, tears. The laces are intact. Note the red trim around the tops, appears to be felt. Wear They measure approx 10 1/2 long. Crafted in the United States, I estimate the age. To made in the late 1800’s to the first part of the 1900’s. Please mouse over the pictures to. I don’t know exactly how old they are. I don’t know what kind of leather they are except it is very thin and white. No beads are missing or tears. I bought these from a huge outdoor flea market in the middle of the Mojave Desert in Southern California from a dealer that l bought many wonderful and rare items from over the years when l lived in the high desert. They are in excellent condition and no beads missing. It is also extremely old and was worn. He traveled the Southwest looking for such treasures. I have had these and loved them for many years. 6 Pair of Native American Beadwork doll Moccasins – 1920’s-1930’s California. These small moccasins were made by the Chumash, Serrano, Gabrielino, Cahuilla, Kumeyaay, Maidu, Miwok, Yokuts, Yurok, Karok, Hupa, and/or Wiyot tribes. I was told that some were seal hide or leather while others are leathers from other animals. Not sure which is which… They measure 3 5/8″ to 4 1/4″. All are still in very nice condition for their age.
