It is an original pastel, and it is framed under glass. It is signed on the front in the lower left-hand corner and has the title written on the back. The painting is in excellent condition and the frame definitely shows its age with some scratches dings, and scuffs, but it is sturdy and the artwork is ready to hang. It measures approximately 17 1/2 x 21″ framed, and the viewable image size is approximately 11 1/4 x 15 1/4″. It’s difficult to tell if it is done on paper or artist board and I have not examined the artwork out of the frame, but it is an original. Thanks for your interest.
